1. How far in advance should we book FKAjazz?

Booking at least 90 days in advance is recommended, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. That said, availability can change, and last-minute inquiries are always welcome. Due to high demand, the closer an event date is, the more limited availability may be—so reaching out early is always encouraged.

2. Do you travel for events outside New York City?

Yes. FKAjazz is available for events outside New York City and regularly travels for domestic and international bookings. Travel logistics are handled thoughtfully and professionally, with clear communication around accommodations, production needs, and scheduling to ensure a seamless experience wherever your event takes place.

3. Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. FKAjazz events typically have a minimum booking time to ensure proper preparation, setup, and a seamless performance experience. This allows for thoughtful planning, sound setup, and coordination with your event team so the performance flows naturally from start to finish. Minimum booking requirements may vary depending on the type of event, location, and performance configuration. 4. How do we officially secure our date?

Once an inquiry is submitted, you’ll receive a follow-up email within 3–4 days to gather additional details about your event. After reviewing your needs, we’ll schedule a call or continue the conversation via email to finalize the performance setup and package. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice outlining all details and a deposit request. Your date is officially secured once the deposit has been received.

 

5. Can you hold a date while we finalize details?

Yes, dates can be tentatively held for a short period. However, tentative holds are subject to release if another client confirms the same date. Dates are not fully secured until a deposit has been received.
