For most of us, 2020 has come with a lot of uncertainty. Everything from our health to job security to the presidential election has us doubting ourselves at every turn. In contrast to our day to day struggles, together with the help of Brooke D, Yoshiki Yamada, Noah MacNeil and Unkle Nephew FKAjazz created “From Where We Start,” a song experience with the intention to fill you with a sense of imagination and purpose. It is a reminder of our worth and the strength we have within us to conquer the challenges we face.

Brooke D.’s lyrics pose the question, “Am I worthy?” But although the question is asked (actually several questions throughout the song), it is clear that these questions are laid out for you (the listener) to ask yourself and to eventually answer for yourself as well. In other words, “From Where We Start” is a self-empowering song.
